Terrible! I didn't even make it into the salon. I called for their hours of operation one day and the lady was completely rude. Then I called a week later to make an appointment and they answered the phone "Who is this?" "Who do you want?" very rudely. Then the stylist I ask for gets on the phone and says "What," again very rudely. After not being able to get an appointment, I was actually relieved. Rudest and most unhelpful employees ever. I am going somewhere else and I recommend everyone else do the same.
