Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

I've been going to Concepts for several years now and the staff never fail to be friendly and professional. It's not as affordable as some places, but for the quality and reliability of the salon I think the prices are fair. I have never walked out feeling bad about a hair cut. I would and have highly recommended Concepts to friends and family members.
