I barely had to wait at all for my hair cut. I probably spent less than a couple of seconds in their waiting area.I was extremely satisfied with my beauty treatment. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. I will definitely be a regular customer here.

The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. My stylist quickly washed my hair, but didn't really go above and beyond. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Image by Design LLP didn't really follow exactly what style I was asking for. I wish they had listened to me better. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
