Bad customer service.
I have an appointment @ 9:15am this morning. I got there @ 9:00am but the appointment was not on their appointment list. i ask whether we can call my hair stylist Martha to come, may be she can come early. The owner refuse to call and said Martha has 10:00am appointment and she will not be able to help me. I asked may be there are some other stylist that are available? When the other hair stylist already ask me to sit, the owner told me that the price is not the same, he is more expensive. Obviously the owner does not want me to get their service, if she told me in the first place that looking for other stylist will cost more then she should say it first before asking the other hair stylist to help me. I will give more if she said it nicely, but it seems that she does not want me to be there to have their service. The only explanation i can think of is I'm not a white.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I barely had to wait at all for my beauty treatment. Everyone has respect for their clentele and for each other! The entire staff only had great things to say about working there. They have the best prices For the services offered!

In response to the previous review, I believe from what I here around the shop as a customer, YOU, are the loser that ran out on your bill claiming to have no way of paying. I have been a paying customer unlike you for many years and have nothing but high regards for this salon. From what I understand you claimed to walk in with no cash and did not have any problem with your hair. I have been going to Elan for many years and have never known or heard of a dissatisfied customer. Next time you want your weeds cut, you should go to Captain Clippers. People like you that try to skate and cheat through society don't deserve the proffessionalism of a place like Elans. You lady are a nothing more than a cheater in life.
P.S. Crawel out from under your rock and realize that many small busineses do not accept credit cards because of high fees that would have to be forwarded to the customers. PAY YOUR BILL, QUIT LOOKING FOR A FREE RIDE.
