I am satisfied with my beauty treatment. I liked what they did and i keep going back. They never even slightly rush my session. They make sure I am well taken care of. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've been to other places, but this is my favorite! . I didn’t have any difficulty finding the place. I found it within a few minutes.

I have been going to Ginger for the past 25 years. I am really curious about the 1 1/2 star review. I have never, ever felt slighted at Ragtops, nor have I seen others treated unfairly. Ginger is a master of hair color and hair cuts. She and Terry are a pleasure to see on a routine basis...thus why I have gone to them for 25 years. Reviews are great sources, but not if a person doesn't take a good look at why they might not have had a good experience. It could very easily be that person was a difficult client.
Ragtops is not a posh salon, but it does have talented people working in the salon.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The office was easy enough to find. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. The owners are bullies and try to intimidate you as a client. The worst part about my visit, it seems the owners were like this to many clients. I noticed that Ragtops looks like a dump, not pretty and relaxing like many salons around the valley.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
