I wasn't impressed! Took my daughter there for her birthday, they didn't let us sit next to each other. My 15yr old said they were very rough and clipped her figure a few times!! The lady I had didn't take the old polish off just painted over it. Yet it cost me $70, I will never go there again and I would not recommend them to anyone!!! I'm still really angry about this a week later!

I have had my nails done for the past three years and I went to Elite Nails and I asked for a Pink and White Fill. The owner said he would work on my nails. He stated that he hadn't done pink and whites for awhile and that he would try the best he could and if they did not turn out well he would not charge me. He worked on my nails for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Excessive amount of time. He broke one of my nails off and then complained he had to replace it. When filing down my previous nails he went at a speed that was too high which caused a lot of friction and ended up causing me pain due to the heat on my natural nail. I made it aware to him that it was causing me pain. He ended up filing my nails down and three of them were facing the opposite direction in which the nail should be facing. He blamed me for not telling him sooner when he never gave me a chance to look at them. In the end he charged me $50. I asked him what it would have cost if he put on the new tips, he stated $55. That is not what was stated on their board of prices. Three days after getting my nails done, they started peeling by the cuticles and it looks like I need another fill. I highly recommend NOT going here. Excessively high prices for a poor job. Also, when they do acrylic nails, it leaves bubbles. When my mother got a pedicure, they rushed and she stated that they did not scrub her feet well and left wanting to go and get it done somewhere else.

I have pretty short nails, therefore i understand the difficulty when doing the acrylic nails with white tips, but the way they did it was horrible. They layered it with a "clear" nail, than the white tip. When the lady was done it looked awful, I was very unhappy,, you could see the three layers of nails.. My sister in-law asked the man doing her nails if thats the best way to do, she was very polite, he responded yes. So then i asked the lady to paint a design on my nails (to cover up how you could see the three layers). She kept insisting it was 13 dollars I kept saying okay i am willing to pay that. (if you see a customer is unhappy with what you did don't you try and fix it???) So i pick out a design, I was told that they couldn't do that design because my nails were too short.. They put on two layers of fake nails I am pretty sure they could get it to fit.. She rushed to paint it on she it not very even, not to mention my acrylic nails were already uneven. They guy my sister in-law had kept getting up in the middle of doing her nails to tend to other customers, it was rude. They workers didn't talk much/ try to have any conversation with me or my sister in-law. Oh and when they shave down your nails they go WAY to far it burned I kept pulling my hand away saying ouch but she didn't notice she was directing customers who had to wait to get in. I will never go back to this place again, I am staying with nail tek which specializes in sort nails and customer satisfaction.
