Never, they are very reliable.

I was new to town and needed to get my hair cut. I walked in after hours and the girls that were working helped me get a time that worked for me (a few days out, but in this town that's great). Once I came in for my appointment it was all good from that point on. Everyone seemed nice and said hello. The girl I worked with (Megan) did a good job on my hair and have been going back for about 4 months now.
In this town it seems like everyone "expects your business rather that respects your business". I haven't seen that from anyone here, and I hope never to.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I came home and fixed my 'botched' haircut. The old gal was unwelcoming, rude, childish, and UNPROFESSIONAL!!
