I got a 5:30pm appt. for wash and conditioner and trim. I walked in and was rushed through the process. The woman washing my hair scraped my scalp with her jagged nails to get it over with quickly. The deep conditioner that should have stayed in my hair for about 10 - 15 minutes was left on for only 3 minutes. Then she pulled me from under the dryer way too soon. My hair wasn't even dry! Then she violently blew my hair dry while yanking it with the hardest brush ever! By that time, my hair was so dry it looked gray! Then she cut my hair unevenly (after drying it that is) sprayed some stuff on my hair and sent my on my way. I assume that I was rushed because they wanted to quickly close the salon. However, that is not how you treat a paying customer. I should have been treated with proper, attentive service instead of rushed through the process. It was very disappointing. I will never go there again. I'm going to Nina's instead!
