I was able to make an appointment with them, and get in very quickly. I didn't have to wait long at all. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my haircut. They've never dismissed any of my concerns about how I wanted my hair cut and made every effort to accommodate me. Love the people and atmosphere.
