The salon was almost empty when I was there. My stylist was very attentive and the nail person was very sweet. She could not do my nails because she wanted to go home after the appointment she was finishing. It was only 3 pm. It was my first visit to the salon. It was not as clean as I would have expected from an Aveda Salon. But this was Roswell NM, and I was delighted that a stylist who had trained in Lubbock TX had relocated to this salon.
She did not achieve the color I wanted, which she had called my former stylist in Lubbock to obtain the formula for. However I was pleased that she had erred on the side of moderation rather than on excess. Another salon had over-lightened my hair and it all broke off at the nape of my neck in one area.
In all, my hair cut and color results were on par with the better experiences I have had with going to Aveda salons; which is why I continue to seek them out for my hair care.
Jennifer was my stylist/colorist and I will return to her.

No, I was always attended to
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
No, they were very calm and understanding
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
