I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. My stylist Judy is wonderful. I've never had a problem getting an appointment on the exact day and at the exact time I want here. I never have to cancel any of my plans for my appointment, it's great. Every time I come here they always remember me, even if it's been months since my last appointment. She is so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are the most reliable salon I've ever been to. They always follow through and have never canceled any of my appointments. Best perm I have ever had.
