I have been to other Cookie Cutters with no problems. I went to the VOA one and was double charged. When I called and brought it to their attention there was no apology - all I got was "I have to call the owner, she will need to review the logs"...like I was lying. I offered to bring in my statement, I left all the information they asked (credit card, name, etc.)...over a month later, still no credit and no apology. Horrible management. The other Cookie Cutters did a better job on my son's hair too. Would never recommend!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

This was my son's first haircut. He had a great time! They had a tv right in front of the chair to keep him as focused as they could. Toys. A cool mini truck seat. Teresa was wonderful. Very cheery and positive. It was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. I've recommended to everyone on my Facebook too.
