I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Split Ends is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Split Ends gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
