I have been here many times and absolutely love the place. However, My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for Christmas and asked them if they would do a manicure and pedicure for a 2 year old, 3 year old, and mother. They said yes and told him to purchase a $60 gift certificate to cover all of it. I then called twice to make sure they would do a manicure and pedicure on a 2 year old and 3 year old and both times they said yes bring them in. When I went down I took my niece and told them we were havign 4 manicures and 4 pedicures and pointed to whom they were for. They told us to come back and there were only 2 tubs drawn (kind of expected that - they are a little young for that part). They had them sit in the chairs next to us and as you would expect they did not sit still. They treated the place like a jungle jim as they did not paint their nails or pay attention to them at all. I kept insisting that they paint their nails and they said lets do yours first. after my pedicure I said how about my daughters. They said lets do your manicure 1st. I carried my daughters over and they proceeded to do my nails and my daughters were wild again as they were expecting their nails painted and instead were watching me. The owner began to lecture me on why I brought them and could I not find a baby sitter. WELL ITS BECAUSE WE WHERE THERE FOR THEM NOT ME !!!!!!!! i use to think you did a good job and have recommended this place to every one up tell now WE WILL NEVER RETURN
