Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.
