They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I’d choose them over any other salon anywhere. They have the best service I’ve ever seen. I had a date and came in to get my haircut, when I walked out I was the happiest I've ever been with a haircut-- I looked amazing, and even my date said so. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was their business license hanging on the wall. It immediately made me feel even more confident that I was going to a salon that was qualified. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
