Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. It was almost impossible to get an appointment at their office.

STAY AWAY!!! I went there today and spent $120.00 for a foil. Hairdresser didn't have time to even dry it. When I came home and dried it I saw a white streak across half my bangs! I went back there to get it fixed and it was so light I wanted to cry! My hair is a horrible mess!! I noticed white blotches in my hair after the second visit when I got home. What a waste of money! I work hard for my money and now I have to wait until next week to get it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing. I was told I'd get a discount on my next visit. Next visit? Are they kidding me???????
