The owner of this so called beauty hair supply store and he is not only very rude to the paying customers. But he is also a racist. The comments that he makes to all of his Black paying customer. He makes comments like Nappy head, reference on skin color, he's just very ignorant and when you let him know that what he did was down right rude and racist he doesn't care. He even get more disrespectful. The name of the place is called 3 Diamonds Beauty Supply 4651 Babcock St N.E

ive been going there for years,their prices are good.the men are sweeter as long as you have manners ppl[please,thank you,no cussing,give them respect and they will be nice back] the woman is a tough cookie but i think she has to deal with a lot of losers,over all i feel bad for them,they are hard workers,offer fair prices,only ask for respect. that's what we all want right? I always buy my hair here,if they snap its ok everyone has a bad day occasionally,don't you?,ive seen some really nasty customers.I would recommend them.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. If I were to choose one word for this Beauty Supply store it would be RUUUUUDE.

I cannot believe this place is STILL in business with the poorest level of customer service I have EVER experienced! The Algerian owners are uber rude. They argue, berate, undermine and curse at customers. Everytime I visit (and only God knows why I visited more than 2 times lol) the Algerian is engaged in a heated argument with a customer. Im always followed around. Im spoken to like a child.

They require a minimum purchase WHICH IS AGAINST CARD ISSUER REGULATIONS.

Black people I know they have the best weave and hair products but we GOT to do better for ourselves. This is awful. Someone needs to put these ppl out of business by opening up their own beauty supply store. PLEASE boycott this place. DONT SHOP HERE. They treat us like Sh*t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY.

This review is coming from an observant customer who has not had any beef with the owners.

First we came in no greeting they just stood at the register falling amongst themselves. Then I'm walking around confused no one asked I I needed help I guess their favorite customer walked in I because they seemed buddy buddy to have inappropriae cnversation about finding one night stands and finding hoes. I had to interrupt the silly little conversation for help as he.still,looked stupid and confused. now if you say why am I doping here well certain days of the week they are theonly ones open Everytime I come in this store it's these ppl are rude except Muhammad which he opened his own store thank Heaven. To add insult to injury my sister walkabout 14$ product and they called her cheap excuse me but if it had been 2$ it wouldn't have mattered she just wanted to knoq if it was worth the money since it wasnt some heap 3$ product. After she defended herself against the insult the 3employees wanted to gang up against her as if she shouldn't have been offended by being insulted instead of just apologizing they wanted to go back and forth with her never again.
