Good pedicures, however it is unfortunate that they speak Korean to one another in front of the customers and then the customers are left wondering what was said . . .

My wife and I have been monthly clients for over 15 years. Tu and Trang have provide excellent service their shop is clean and the other who work with them have excellent skills. We are very happy to have such wonderful and careful people taking care of our needs.

The guy in the front desk told me a 10 minutes for the almost 30 minutes of waiting. I waited too long for a 20 min service. A woman just put lotion on and no massage for my pedicure. I was so disappointed.

This place is amazing!!! They make me feel really welcome, they have a nice and great staff. They're prices are the best I've seen around and they do a fantastic job. I have to drive quite a long time to get there but they're my favorite salon. I highly recommend this salon. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I rode my bike to this salon 1.5 miles to have my nails done for the first time in the GEL nail product. I was told by Tu Nguyen that they do GEL nails and he took me as a client immediately. I did not receive GEL 's he applied ACRYLIC chemicals instead ...exactly what I did not want. I looked around to see if they indeed did GEL's and I saw that behind me was an entire wall full of GEL nail products!! WHY!! Not saying a word I allowed him to finish my nails.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO PERFECT NAILS SPRINGFIELD OREGON
