They didn't tell me very much about my treatment's risks and benefits. I had to choose carefully which waiting room chair to sit on. Not all looked clean. They didn't have price list posted anywhere in the salon. They accept only cash and they do not tell you that on the phone when you make the appointment. I find it easy to go back there for the service I need since the salon is only 5 minutes from my home however I was charged higher price this last time and again was not advised of the price increase prior to the service being done.
I am probably not going to refer my family and friends here. I am just not that impressed.

They didn't really follow exactly what style I was asking for. I wish they had listened to me better. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. . I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The office was easy enough to find.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. The entire time I've been going there, they've never canceled an appointment. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
