I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
