Dentist was great and her staff was too. No complaints. I'm a new patient but couldn't be happier with my switch to Dr.Rungta.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. She fired the dental hygenist that was ther for 20 years and the only reason I conitued to go there. I will not be returning as well as all my family and friends.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
