I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
