Poor office procedures. After waiting for over a month for a visit. My child was set to get braces and I was told by office that my insurance would not cover and I would need to pay the full amount. How rediculous... I received a letter from my insurance company that following week stating braces would be covered. For a first time visit I was expecting more input from dentist, instead the behavior was much to be desired...

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around a. I have been bringing my kids for 2 years. I have had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I never had to doubt Dr.Michael's qualifications. His work is exceptional. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Never, they are very reliable.

No, and I was given no referral to another provider

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
