I have had gastritis for over 4 years and tried EVERYTHING! Traditional meds, diet, herbs, supplements. YuPing got rid of my major symptom on the first visit! I have already recommended her to friends and family.

I can only give the highest praise to YuPing at AppleCare Acupuncture. She is amazingly gifted and the whole experience, from the tranquil spa like environment, to the extremely thorough and informative consultation, and then experiencing her skill and technique, leaves you feeling blessed to have come in contact with her. She combines "old and simple" chinese medicine with newer and more complex techniques. She also provides you with invaluable information regarding herbs and foods that will help you to maintain great health throughout your life. Most importantly, SHE HEALS. I have severe asthma, and my symptoms had been very bad the day of my appointment. Typically, I have to use my rescue inhaller every day, several times. Well the first week after seeing her, I forgot I even had asthma, and this week I have been using my preventative meds, but I only had to use my rescue inhaler once, and it was just because I was in a smokey room. (I usually always have to start the morning with it, but I haven't since my appointment).I can't explain it. I'm completely amazed and extremely thrilled to be on path to good health. And apparently there are so many ailments that can be cured by acupuncture. She is really sweet and I'm sure would be glad to answer questions.

In 2005 the arthritis in my left knee had left it the size of a big giant orange. From then I was always in pain and unable to run and even then hardly able to walk. I saw an orthopedic surgeon who said I needed replacement surgery, but he was hesitant to do it because of my constitution and age. He recommended that I stay off it and take pain medication for the rest of my life. I knew there had to be a better way. I friend of mine told me that she did acupuncture when she had severe back pain and that she saw Yuping and that I had to go see her if I were to have any chance against surgery or medications. I started weekly acupuncture treatments and within 6 months I was pain and inflammation free. Since then I've continued acupuncture and daily exercise and I just completed my Yogi certification. I'm healthy and active and happy thanks to Yuping and her acupuncture treatment.
