Vanessa office manager lied to me that they are in network with my insurance then only to find out when it was time for unnecessary toot canal-dentist removed a perfectly good filling that all my other dentist said was in excellent condition. They forced me to replace a bridge that I had in place for many years that wasn't necessary. Vanessa forced me to take out $2800 with care credit which she said would cover all of the balance. Them only to get bills from them saying I owe.They had to send the bridge back to get remade because measurement were incorrect. The day that I was supposed to go for the second bridge fitting ,I had another appointment mormally you would get a call about 2 days or so to remind you of you appointment but in this case no one called which is why that same morning I forgot and went some on a different business appointment when got home at midday I called and asked Vanessa how come no one called as per usual to remind me of my appointment, she said "I am sorry,I don't know why someone took you off the schedule but please give me a couple hrs I will look into it!This was a BIG red flag because she is in charge of the dchedule.When I didn't hear back from her I call later the same day she gave the same lame story,then after about 2 days when I called her back she said"we can't give you your bridge because you owed ud money.I was SHOCKED because she forced me to take out $2800 care Credi Loan along with my GOLD STAR PRIVATE METLIFE insurance.So they sent me a letter saying they have ABONDANED me as a patient while still wearing my I'LL MADE temporary BRIDGE almost 2 years which at times had cause my gum to inflamed.They sent me the letter to come pick up the bridge-I went their on my birthday this year and the male dentist told me that I CONNOT get it because I owed money.I asked him,did you even talk to Vanessa your office manager to find out why I wasn't on the schedule to come back after my bridge had made several trips to the factory due to faulty measurement? He said,"No! I said you need to investigate to see how Vanessa office manager is dealing with your customers. Care Credit is now suing me for the $2800 while MOORESTOWN DENTAL PROFESSIONAL has already got paid and they still have in their possession both my old bridge and the new one and has sent me to collections. These types of practice and treatment to patients are UNETHICAL, ILLEGAL.

Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time

I had services from about Dec 2010. I had a cap done on a route canal and a few other fillings. Very expensive stuff. Well by about April I, according to them ran out of money from my insurance, but they still had about $3K of work that they recommend I do. I told the male dentist that I couldn't afford it and would have to wait for money from the following year from my insurance. At that point he got very aggressive and wanted me to sign up for his financing plan. I flat out said no. I had a wedding and house purchase coming up I literally couldnt afford it. The next day the receptionist calls me and tells me that I missed too many appts so they would have to let me go. I still had an outstanding bill. My husband had gotten work later and asked them to resubmit the services for my outstanding bill. Magically the insurance covered it so I wasn't tapped out!! What an awesome dentist!! Instead of making sure what my situation is with my insurance company they will force you to do credit financing!! I'm pretty sure they overcharged me for my other services as well. If you want a good dental scam come here!!.
