Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Is really sad how this older ppls are getting hurt or mistreated i recently read this article about a 57 year old man that died from his injuries but they did not said how did he get hurt it brings sadness to me why is this happening another lady dies and they dont contact their fam. how did the family found out kind of sad another case some older lady get abuse by the ppls who was working there y this nursing home didnt press charges against this ppls i would love to work ther just to help this older ppls i recently lost my dad and he was at kindred by pulaski and i would never forget how sad it was to see him there and all this older ppl...who deserve to get treated better i wish he was still here

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
