My Mom stayed there and they were kind to her. The workers also made sure she had what she needed. Small but somewhat a home feel to it.

My Aunt moved in to Windsor last year. She didnt have Masshealth and they were the only ones on the Cape to take her in. We should have researched it nurses were rude to her and us regularly . The nurses and CNAs would be in hallways talking badly about other staff and worst of all patients!! My Aunt complained that she would hit her call light and waited over 2 hours..We tested it ourselves a bunch of times. we waited 47 mins the 1st time and was told the CNAs were handing out lunch try was at 430 and nothing til dinner tray at 527. Same excuse We went out in between and saw nurses and CNAs smoking .My Aunts 8pm Meds(including anti biotics) arrived at 946 pm (no joke) one night..Was told by nurse there was a 2 hour window. .We sat with her in small TV room for dinner. Numerous Dementia patients eating with no supervision.Nurses and CNAs all at nurses not help patients eat.Very sad.Told nurse at station,said they do their best. My Aunt fell in middle of night one night. She said she laid there for hours before someone came in Her face was brused took her out of there within 2 months. Do not!! leave a loved one there We went to Head of Nursing downstairs,she was VERY rude! Administrator was always MIA.
