Lack of professionalism is the theme at Willow Park. Food is horrible, not nutritious, not hot, not appealing. Length of time to answer call buttons is unacceptable, up to 30 minutes when they knew someone was sitting on the toilet. Director of Nursing seemed caring and concerned during first meeting, but then was too much in a hurry to listen and do anything about further issues. Facility is old and not maintained. Walls are cinder block like some kind of mental or prison facility. Staff doesn't follow procedures and not monitored and no feedback given to ensure procedures followed. Example is something as simple as placing names on the staff board at each shift change. Residents and family don't know who's who, they don't introduce themselves, don't know what their responsibility is supposed to be.

This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. few of the staff could could answer any of my questions. If someone asked me to suggest a good nursing home in the area, it wouldn't be this place. They don't deserve a recommendation in my opinion. i found out from state records that the person representing himself as the administrator was not a licensed nursing home administrator. his name is garland brown, an RN registered with the oklahoma board of nursing, license number 91480. i was refused my medications and medication records when i voluntarily discharged. i never received the statutorily required quarterly statements and final financial statement. my stay at willow park was from 8/27/11 thru 11/23/12.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
