Absolutely horrible facility. The facility was always nasty, rude employees, and pathetic administration. The broke laws and twisted and took advantage of a bad situation my mother in law was going through. The "discharged" father in law with less than 2 weeks notice after being in the facility over 3 years. They didnt give care instructions or any assistance just basically kicked him out. I called 20 plus times and every time was transferred around to other people. The "social workers" were completely incompetent and the facility broke numerous laws in even "discharging".
I will say there were a few great nurses who truly cared and even as they discharged my father in law they stated that he shouldn't be discharged and couldn't care for himself.

White Oak Spartanburg is an excellent home. The care is great and the staff is excellent and caring. Would definately recommend.

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.
