as an advocate for my friend who has been there 3 years and is improving I met with the social worker to see how whispering hills could address her needs better. Not only did she not address my initial request but did not show respect or acknowledge the needs I brought to her attention. I am advising her family to find another facility.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
