Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

My mother has been in this facility for one week and requires a great amount of care due to numerous injuries received in a car accident. The staff has been very kind and respectful toward our family , and more importantly, toward my mother. Any concerns that we have had have been addressed quickly. We were fortunate enough to get a private room. Todd, the OT, and SK, the speech therapist are great. Time will tell but so far we are happy. I would add that the nurses and CNAs have been very conscientious of my mothers needs and limitations.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. care was inconsistent., furniture falling apart.LVN rude.Lobby beautiful, very depressing place.When I tried to ask questions about his care, I was looked on as if I was bothering them. Very quick to give Vicodin, Staff(LVN lied) would not recommend to anyone. It was a nightmare!
