The staff is very unprofessional from the minute you walk in. The human resource office, completely ignored me when I walked in and no one was at the reception desk to greet me. I had to wait until a CNA came and asked do I need help. there was a smell upon walking into the building. I would NEVER have my loved one at a facility like this.
