Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.

Yes, extremely spacious

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, they are almost always unavailable
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
