Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
