As someone who used to work here, I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The amount of abuse and neglect going on is unbelievable. Even when I would report neglect to administration, nothing was ever done about it. The residents are treated horrible, and so are the staff. That's why this facility can't keep any quality employees. There are so many violations going on there to even count. The state needs to shut this place down.
My biggest regret is that I didn't inform the families of the way their children were really being treated (especially when they weren't around)

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

The nurses here seem grumpy, and sometimes act like they don't want to be there. Some staff members go above and beyond and some don't. There a few staff members that are very good with the kids but, some of the staff act like they don't care. The building is clean and looks good whenever I come in but, the kids aren't put together clean. They have food or dirty shirts on, Their faces are not washed or they have food in their hair, some of the kids smell like they have not been changed and sometimes look like they have not been changed for a few hours by their pants being wet or their pants having food smashed on them. In the winter time when I have came in to visit, kids have been wearring shorts and short sleeved shirts as if it was summer weather outside. Other kids have bit other kids and it seems that the whole staff does nother about it but say I am sorry. I do fear that they do not care what happens to the kids as long as they get a paycheck. I do not recommend.
