My experience with the staff at Cardinal Cook has been quite negative.
Unfortunately, I'm only able to visit my relative on the weekends when essential staff is off.

I've tried to communicate with 'anyone' (Social Worker, Administrators, Therapist) about my relatives care unsuccessfully.

Therapy treatments were stopped and no one can provide a reason other than 'due to the insurance coverage'. In addition, no one notified me, the care giver, of the progress of treatment.

There are many more complaints amongst them are the doctor's lack of communication. The rudeness of the staff, especially the social worker and doctor.
