My Mother was there, Not so bad for a Home. The Food is GREAT for a health care faculty. She signed herself out and came Home. Now she in Holy Spirit Hosp., and trying to get into another Nursing Home! She should have stayed. There is a lot of nice Staff also. It would have saved her a Hospital Stay and a lot of Ins. Money !!!

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not one bit

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

Most of the time, but when I called the number that is listed on their site, I got a message that the voicemail box was full for 3 days straight. This was disturbing because I had some timely questions about my parent's care.

This nursing home and rehabilitation center is the best nursing home that you could send a loved one to. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible - I visited my dad every day and each day they brought in snacks and water. They constantly made sure my dad was comfortable and that we, his family, had everything we needed and that we had all our questions asked. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make myself and my dad feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. My dad passed away at Stonebridge and I am so glad that he was in a place where he felt safe. My family is forever grateful for Stonebridge!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
