Stapley employees CNA not able to document duties they perform
one CNA assigned 12 patients on 8 hour shift
one CNA assigned to 4 patients that need feeding
patients not receiving hair cuts/hair wash/toe nails not cut/finger nails

CNA have to fill out patient menu sheet
when showering person to verify that you gave shower
CNA has to wait until another person present to verify?
No visits by dietary staff to visit patients, food poorly

My aunt was a patient there for a while in the latter part of 2013 and had money stolen, was disappointed that there was no investigation or any
feedback about that incident at all. Her name is Gloria Neal also she
brought her personal phone there and it still has not been returned everytime i call there i can not get through to the nurse station. no answers the phone

I had several tours at Stapeley and was pleasantly surprised at how charming the building was. They are remodeling the building and it looks beautiful. The woman who did my tour and meetings was so nice and accommodating. She was helpful in explaining the process of finding a community for my mother and put us at ease. I highly recommend Stapeley because of the kindness of the staff and the experiences we have during this time. My mother is thrilled to be part of this diverse community and she is thriving.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

No, they definitely favor certain clients

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost.
