If you love the person you are looking for a long term care facility or rehabilitation facility for, I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT USE THIS ONE. On Sunday, July 11, 2010, the nurses call buttons didn't work at all in the afternoon at least in one section of the facility, and it didn't appear that it was being treated as much of an emergency to anyone. On that same afternoon, a request for pain medication took over an hour and I believe would have taken longer had I not shown up in person and went directly to the nurse supervisor - this was after my friend had to get herself back to her bed because the nurse call buttons weren't working and she couldn't get anyone to assist her. The front desk didn't answer phones when the call buttons were not working so I couldn't even make anyone aware that she needed assistance before I could travel there personally. The bathrooms are very small and do not have showers in them and it's also difficult (at least in the room my friend was in) to maneuver with a walker and get to the toilet - it requires side stepping. These events all happened as they are documented and were reported to the facility social worker and the nurse supervisor who was on duty at the time.
