Placed my mother here because of the small family-like faciilty. Staff had been there "forever". Over the past several years there has been A LOT of turnover. There never seems to be enough staff on the weekends.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with the care my mom is getting and she is happy

I visited this facility today for the first time, looking for a place for my mother. As I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked how I could be helped. I then told the lady there that I am looking for a place for my mother. She immediately gave me some info and went and got the social worker who took me on a tour. she was very friendly, very helpful, and knew all of the answers to my questions. I don't know how the actual care will be once I move my mom there, but my first impression was VERY good!! And my mother has been in multiple fcilities over the last five months, hospital, rehab hospital, nursing home, inpatient hospice, etc.
