Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
