Too many patients. Not enough staff to take care of them. Lots of complaints from other patients about how bad they are taken care of but they are afraid to say anything because they are afraid of retaliation. You should only put your family member here if you hate them or want revenge.

The staff, especially in Admissions & social services, made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Administrator & Social Services is available 24/7! Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with and you feel a positive vibe as soon as you enter the door. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
