Worst first experience ever!! My mother is basically an invalid and their approach to everything was "wait your turn, we have a lot of people to care for". The Doctor on duty tried to reinforce our fears by making excuses and half witted explanations why things where not being taken care of like they should. Like she was in a meeting all afternoon. OH, SO PATIENTS HAVE TO WAIT WHILE YOU'RE TAKING F*CKING NOTES??? I'm sorry but everyone tonight did nothing but make excuses for falling short of being caring, compassionate and attentive. My partner witnessed one of the nurses shoving a sandwich in a patients face in the cafeteria. This was less than 10 minutes after we first arrived. I also found a needle in the hallway floor outside my mothers room which by that same Doctor pushed the blame to a lab tech without apology and assurance that it would never happen again. I am numb and fear for the safety of my Mother tonight. First priority is to find a way to remove her from this piss poor facility. My Partner, Sister and I have never been through a more horrifying experience ever! This place needs a SERIOUS REVIEW by the State Of Colorado.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
