Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Looks great, but I don't know for sure if I can trust the place to properly care for my Mom, I don't wish to go into detail at this time. I did contact the Sate about my concerns

Looks are deceiving, Looks nice, smells nice, they pretend to be nice, but when they get your loved one... they brain wash them, get them to sign over their care, change their Ins. change their Dr. and never let you make any decisions on their care. Doctors never care for them in time, misdiagnose, state nothing is wrong. next thing you know.. your loved one passes!!!!! Management in very untrustworthy

Scenic view used to be very good. They do not have enough help now and i feel my daughter was not being cared for as she should. Transferred to a new nursing home and when she saw a Dr they discovered she had a form of ringworm on her leg.
