Poor service from there nursing staff , Bad odor when you walk in the door, patient care very very unsatisfactory ....smell like urine every time I've visited nursing the home .

Am a resident there, you routinely hear the staff openly using 4 letter words more than you hear in most bars, pool halls or bowling alleys. I routinely did not receive all my medication, sometimes I would get 3 pills when I was supposed to get 3, one medication I was supposed to get twice a day I received only once. Getting all your medication was hit and miss with an.emphasis on the miss.

The food was lousy in general, every tray was different, one would have 1 egg while another 2, ,one tray one small piece of chicken another two. You might get a bowl of soup without a spoon only a fork. One tray 3 pepper packs while another zero, one tray with two side another with none etc.

Loud verbal arguments among staff are common. Always ask multiple people for the same things, one of them might come through. Turnover is high, you constantly see new staff, this is at least a possible reason why few seem to know what they are doing. Someone got around to getting me my forms to fill out to be admitted 2 months after I was there. Staff routinely laugh talk loud and make noise when residents are trying to sleep in the middle of the night.

I would not want a friend or relative living there if they needed constant attention. It wouldn't happen.

Sheets have holes, paint is peeling, holes in the walls in pt rooms, broken beds, staff socializing all day long in the halls (yelling, laughing, fighting, swearing, no pt privacy or respect shown.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did the staff at this senior care facility seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
No, they could have used some continuing education courses
Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
