Horrible. The staff could care less about the patient and when advised on a critical issue, they took thier time addressing the situation which lead to death.

This facility is VERY understaffed and overworked. The top level employees do NOT encourage family participation. They do not give information freely nor do they take family requests seriously. With prodding, they may give you what you need or request, however, prodding should not be necessary. They are paid to care for our family member, not the other way around. They act as though we know nothing about our loved ones.

I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. All they care about is MONEY! This place used to be all about the residents and caring about their needs. The facility doesn't even have enough diapers for the patients. One nurse shared with me that the boss has cut their budget so much that they can't change residents' diapers at night. Do you and your loved one a favor and DO NOT put anyone in this place. The social worker has been unavailable for months because she was on a leave of absence and there wasn't any other social worker working there! Isn't that illegal?? They are only out to make money! The boss does not care at all about the residents. It is obvious that this place is going down the tubes.
