This place should NOT get a STAR! Lowest of possible care! My mom has been in this facility for 15 months. Has ate dinner with POOP on her hands twice! Has had many clothes taken and shoes! Dinner is served cold and late! Nurses sit behind the ROYAL desk and do NOTHING...while the aides bust their buts! The aides get NO training and NO help! One aide is responsible for a hallway and this aide has to: change adult diapers, getting residents in and out of bed, giving showers. Most aides do this with NO help! While nurses sit at the ROYAL desk and will NOT help a co-worker or their residents! Nurses need to understand that the residents are their patients as well! Show some RESPECT and RESPONSIBILITY!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I got a few answers here and there to my questions, but it was scattered and confusing. I left wishing I had gotten more information. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They need to have a person available for calls regarding residents; I am on hold a lot and that is irritating as I am returning a call they made and left a message to call back.

The Nurse's and Nurse aides are so rude. They will play on their cell phones's while helping residents, In their rooms. They gang up on cna's and make trouble, they feed off of drama and they do this right In front of the resident's to see and here-I could not be more disgusted by the loss of respect for those resident's who pay for the irresponsible,rude, negative attitude, and catty staff members to work there. There Is a very high turn around rate for staff members because they are so rude and mean to the new hires that they just get sick of the crazy behaviors and quit, and they also have a crappy administrator that does not care to stop these behaviors from occurring! I think the place needs to implement a program to stop the staff from engaging In rude behaviors at work and just come to give the best care to the resident's.

Regency Care Center has undergone new ownership and they are making great changes inside and out. The nursing staff is top notch and they really care about the patients and families. Check out the new THERAPY program at this facility!
