I was quite concerned about the personal cleanliness of the individual I was visiting. Once a week is definitely not enough attention to personal hygiene for any of these patients.. This patients ears were filthy, hair was crusted with thick dandruff, hair smelled horribly, nails were filthy, nose was constantly running. It was a very traumatic visit. I left feeling hopeless with a great need to push forward in getting some rules changed on the behalf of the patients hygiene care.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
