Very rude owner and administrator. He disregarded all of our concerns and told us we were annoying him. Poor personal hygiene care given to loved one. Missing clothing and dentures and no one seemed concerned. After being at another facility( libert commons) close by there is no comparison. Staff and care at Pleasant Bay is not what I want for my loved one. We never do these reviews, as a consumer I urge you to do your homework before placing anyone in this home.
